New Fee Structure

Effective January 4, 2023, resubmissions of all revise-and-resubmit decisions will incur no charge. The original submission fee for first submissions remains the same at $750. Submission rights can still be used to offset this fee. See the instructions on the Submissions tab. Desk rejections will have $300 of the submission fee reimbursed.
